    What is your highest anxiety? Schedule that in. Wake up, prepare yourself, and then do the hardest thing for you to do. If it cannot be done first thing in the morning and needs to be scheduled for a certain time, then write it down and plan your day around it. Focus on other smaller tasks, noting that with each task getting done how your confidence grows. This way, the day becomes yours, you accomplish the necessary things, without a muddling of energy.
