Do The Hard Thing First

What is your highest anxiety?

Schedule that in.

Wake up, prepare yourself, and then do the hardest thing for you to do.

If it cannot be done first thing in the morning and needs to be scheduled for a certain time, then write it down and plan your day around it. Focus on other smaller tasks, noting that with each task getting done how your confidence grows.

This way, the day becomes yours, you accomplish the necessary things, without a muddling of energy.

When important things are ignored, it sets you up to disassociate from your own trust.

Instead, gain trust by listening to your gut and following through for yourself.

Your life might change everyday or you may have the same schedule everyday. You may be a free spirited artist who lives to create their life new everyday, or you may have a steady schedule that sets you up for your own version of success, or you may hold a steady job partially dictates your most important ToDo items.

In a way, this is the simple exercise of naming your anxieties, and it is good to get them from out of hiding.
